You can not. In order to open a sellers account you must have a credit or debit card (debit must have visa or mastercard logo), they will charge the card a small amount for verification purposes.

Once you start selling, you need a paypal account as money orders are prohibited from being accepted by Ebay. You will also need the paypal account to pay your seller fees, if you do not want the credit/debit card charged.

You cant, you need to open up an account and give bank details - if you are opening an account use it only for ebay because when you have money paid in when you sell something it is complicated to remove the money or spend it, you are better leaving the money there and use it to re buy something....Show more
