I deleted a folder titled Music on my USB drive, yet whenever I plug it back in the folder magically reappears? There are no files in it, but the folders keeps showing up no matter how many times I delete it. Whats going on and how can I keep it gone forever?

There is probably some middleware program running on your computer that checks for a folder called Music, and creates one if it doesn't exist. I know cell phones do this with memory cards. Perhaps you have some sort of USB software running on your computer? Or some music manager?
It's something.... Something is doing it's job. You just have to find out what it is.
Is this USB Drive one of those MP3 Flash Drives? Is/Was your Media Player (Windows Media Player) set up to sync music from your library to the USB Drive?
If either one of these are true, then that Music folder will keep on re-appearing.
