Why does my computer leave white boxes behind windows?

This only happens when I un-click "Show Desktop Icons." I normally have them off, since I use Rocket Dock. And almost as if my video card can't handle it (even though it can) I get these laggy white trails/boxes behind any window I drag across my desktop. On top of that, windows are slow to minimize and maximize. It's quite annoying. Any help is appreciated.

There is problem with Video Card or may be your Windows might be infected with virus. Since your computer is fast enough, these two could be problem.
Try running Windows without rocket dock.
