How does Business and Government pay there debt when inflation hits? Where do they get the extra money?

Say there is a 100 people in the US with 10 dollars each. Then tomorrow there is 200 people. With wealth distribution, that is 5 dollars per person. How does the Gov. and Business calibrate so everybody can prosper?
