Addebelle sounds and looks made up.
Niema sounds like an infection. I do like Naima though which is a similar name - it's Arabic pronounced (nye-ma).
Saryn sounds very Welsh.
Jubilee sounds tacky especially with that spelling.
Willow is a lovely name.
Dmitri is cool for a boy.
Neomi is an awful spelling - Naomi is better but I am not too keen on the name.
Neoma is made up.
Jonas is too like the Jonas brothers. Jonah is nice for a boy though.
Ludwick is very old fashioned sounding.
Lucian is ok for a boy - reminds me of a cartoon on CBBC with someone called this in.
Thompson is a surname not a first name.
Nikolai is a Polish boys name - I teach a little boy named this - I'm not keen on the name to be honest.
Dmitri is on twice!
Owen is ok but very common from the Michael Owen era!...Show more

Well most of these don't follow English phonetics. So there are only a few that would work well in an English speaking country.
Willow, Jonas (this is ridiculous given the popularity of the Jonas brothers)

Thompson is so clearly a surname
Neomi is a bad spelling for Naomi
Jubilee is an emotion
Saryn looks made up but is not bad
Nikolai is cool, but would be weird if you're not Eastern European
