I was curious if a person has to go out of town for three days, Will a goat who is being milked every morning and nursing her kid in the evening be okay if she were not milked by me for a couple days and just left alone with her kid for those few days? Would she be uncomfortable and have too much milk, or would it really matter?

Yes, it would be a problem. She could get overfull and be uncomfortable but that's the least of your worries. She will go down in production if she stays full for more than a few hours. Her kid will eat more than it's used to eating and if you're lucky only get diarrhea. Other metabolic diseases can also happen including enterotoxemia. Enterotoxemia kills almost 100% of the time.
Someone is going to have to be there to feed them and to check and make sure they are ok so why can't that person learn to milk?

I'm not a dairy goat breeder but if its only three days then I wouldn't see a problem with it.
