Nero 9 didn't install properly and now i can't unistall it. What can i do to get rid?

I've tried reinstalling it but it won't because it's already installed onto my laptop. And now i can't uninstall it. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it without restoring my laptop back to factory settings as i haven't ripped a back up and if i do it now nero will still be there.

It's impossible to completely uninstall Nero manually. Use their CleanTool to completely remove it from your computer:

More details would be important, so everything is a guess. There is an uninstall in the setup screen as I remember. You can erase the folder of Nero 9, then run a registry cleaner to remove the registry entries. Some uninstallers have a repair feature that might work. Nero support might be very helpful.

Try first unistalling usuing the Programs and features (vista)or ADD/REM programs(XP). If the Nero if not listed there, revert it to a most recent restore point. Manual unistalling requires manual deleting of registry entries that may be dangerous if you are not an advance user.

revert the hard drive to before the installation - by using start, all programs, accessories, sysytem tools, system restore and revert to a checkpoint before you installed the nero
