Should Y!A get a special section in Education for IB/AP?

There's so much knowledge that's specific to IB and AP, especially IB, with the IA's TOK CAS, EE, Papers, and such.
(yes, I speak IB)

Also, it's college level material in High school, so there's no good place to put IB/AP questions.
YA is a good place to get specialized questions answered, based on the experiences of other IBers/APer's.

IB= International Baccalaureate.
AP= Advanced Placement.
both are college prep programs for high schoolers, that give the kids a chance to get college credit in HS.

All my IB teacher that did AP say IB is harder than AP ftw.

the IA's TOK CAS EE and such are IB things.

I will make a suggestion to YA in the suggestion board and include this question in it.

I agree!
I recently moved to a school where they offer IB and I had NO idea what it was.. and still don't know much..

this is how I got in
"so would you like to be in IB?"
"uhh...sure?"
then all the sudden I'm in IB classes.

I have quite a few questions that I think a section would be beneficial for. : )

TOK- Theory of Knowledge
CAS- Community Activies Service
EE- Extended Essay

Now to answer you question, yes. There is a lot more to be answered than most people can actually answer without experience in the AP or IB program.

And I totally agree with you! The section would totally help me especially when i get into ib next year and when i have to do all those things like IAs and CAS.((:
