Nope! mostly just trolls who are bored/want a reaction out of people/ are venting their frustrations by being jerks/trying to be funny/wanting to be cool

No. The internet is a place of no boundaries, expect to be ridiculed and mocked for anything and everything. Everything is okay to joke about. Not everyone takes it far, but some do. Proof? Go to 4chan.org, or search funny 4chan threads on google. Shocking stuff but funny.
That's not to say some people aren't nice online.
