all i can remember about it was this little dog thing you controlled.. i think it was a shooter/ adventure game. The dog could also be in this green, almost-wheelchair thing.. you could throw mines and shoot guns... this is prolly no help but it was sweet.. anyone???

That sounds like Jet Force Gemini. There was a dog that had various weapons like his partners pop out of his back, and he could be upgraded at a point in the game so that he had a green tank wrapped around his body.

OOOH I own two copies of that game and its awesome. Its called JET FORCE Gemini it was awesome. In that game you kill ants and take their heads and saved little koala things. Oh and the dog's name is LUPUS.
