Well its only in a small area on my nose, on the left side, and it hurts pretty bad, its a sharp pain that's Tender to touch in a way, i dont think its a pimple beacuse i cant see one, but there is a little tiny bump thats alomost impossible to see but i can feel it, any ideas?

Its probably an ingrown hair.Put hot face towels on the area.This will either bring it to a head like a pimple or it will subside in a couple of days.They really hurt,I know.

Sounds like you've got a sinus infection. Go see the doc and get some antibiotics. You can take Tylenol or Advil for the pain. I'd say take the Advil, it will also help with the swelling in your sinuses. Good luck and hope you feel better!
