working on my own anime and needs help with picking names for my anime characters..if anyone could and this might be along list of names to find out but can anyone tell me all the names that has ever been done in a anime cartoon. and if there as ever been a name thats has been in twice?? and im talking like in a japanese anime cartoon type thing such as sailor moon dbz.trigun. ghost in the shell ect.... thank you guys.

A list of every name ever used in anime would be tens of thousands of names long. No one can give you such a list because no such list exists. And yes, of course there have been many names that have been used twice, three times, four times...a dozen times. There are thousands of anime and tens of thousands of characters. Obliviously there have been many repeated names!
There are not special "anime names." 95% of anime characters have ordinary Japanese names, so it sounds like you're basically just looking for Japanese names. Your best bet would be to simply look at Japanese names and pick ones you like the sound of, or ones that have meaning that suit your characters. Just search "Japanese names" or Japanese baby names" on any search engine, and you'll come up with dozens of pages like these:
