I am looking all over online and can't find a basic birth certificate pattern to cross stitch for our parents to give them when our baby is born.
Can anyone send me a pattern or link to a basic birth certificate pattern?

Not sure whether you are looking for free charts and what you actually mean by birth certificate.
If you are not able to find what you want why not try designing your own.
