Which Video Card in the List is Cheapest/Best for The Sims 3?

I want to buy The Sims 3 and a computer for my birthday, and I'm doing some research. Which out of this list is cheapest and/or best.

ATI right now is the way to go. The 4870 out of this list is the best card and u should probably get a 1 GB card they are fairly inexpensive to I just bought a 5750 and an currently running dual monitors of of it no prob and I paid about 130 for it. The only problem with this list is most of the nvidia cards u have listed r 300 + dollars
