It's not too good. There's too many useless cards (Elphin, Backlash, Gust, Thunder, etc.) and not enough staples (Icarus Attack, 2 Black Whirlwinds, Gale, etc.). In the end, go for something like this:

well this is pretty good but I would have to say you need 2 black whirlwinds and 3 icarus attack and you probably want cards that can deflect traps and spells and effects so I guess you probably have some but ya so here is a list of cards u may need...
x3 icarus attack 1 more black whirlwind u probably have them but the blackwing sincro monsters maybe take out fane of the steel chain unless he is used for sincro x1 gale 1 less book of moon
