1.) You can put then in two braids and sleep with a scarf, bonnet, or silk/satin pillowcase.
2.) Use a light moisturizer on your weave to keep the shine alive.
3.) There should be no pain when you get micros. That's a sign of a terrible braider. If you're in pain tell the braider to stop immediately and to braid looser. If s/he refuses find a new stylist. That's unacceptable. Tight braids could and will damage the follicles and the hair could never grow again. That's called traction alopecia and it can only be reversed when caught early.
4.) Do you mean you wash then while still in your hair? If so stop they won't last very long it you was periodically. Take an applicator, use shampoo wipes, or use dry shampoo to soak up and oil or to get rid of any dirt and sweat you've accumulated on your scalp. To wash the braids gently wash with a gentle/mild shampoo and conditioner (there are even some shampoo and conditioners that are made for weave.) After, blot it with a micro fiber towel or a t-shirt. I wouldn't recommend a towel because it can put stress on the hair follicle or put on hair out with rubbing if you mus use a towel blot gently.
If i replaced into You i might get a perm then get Twisties. Then once you Get Your Twisties Get the back of you hair curled or straightned. Then The Day od college Curl Your hair. so which you would be able to pass to college looking amazing on the 1st day back!!!
u can use a satin cap or put it in a pony tail and wrap a scarf around you head.....or jus sleep on you stomach with your armsn head rested on your arms
