If my quarter grade are 80% and my final is 20%, what would i have to get to pass?

I have a 73.7% for Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 combined. It is worth 80% of my semester grade.

My final was worth 20% of my semester grade.
What would I have to get to on the final to keep a C?
