Military insurance and allowable amounts?

I need help bad! I do not understand how to find the "Allowable Amount" in the different insurance plans for the military, i.e. TRICARE Standard and TRICARE Extra. Does anyone know? Please help!

The allowable amount is the maximum charge that TRICARE will recognize for a specific procedure or service. See the TRICARE website.
