or do you not tell her at all and wait the couple hours or so to text back

if we are texting and i was going to be out of contact for a while yes i would let her know --- its only polite

I'd probably say text u later unless you don't realize that you're not going to be able to answer your phone for that period of time.

I would NEVER just leave without saying anything. I think that would be totally rude. I would tell her that I have to go, so I don't leave her hangin'.

a gf or any girl that you like. well i usually say "ill go shoot some hoops babe" ttyl or something. so yeah they should let you know. otherwise id be worried.

like for a shower i wont tell her.
