Is Islam Submission or Force?

Does Allah himself not give us the choice to obey or not?

I thought Islam was about submitting our will to Allah's will. Can someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Submission is through the self and NOT through force by someone.

God has sent his scriptures to Jews, Christians, Muslims:

The scripture clearly tells:

1- The difference between right and wrong.
2- The fate of the wrong doers.
3- The reward for the righteous who believe in the unseen and remain righteous in their privacy.
4- Laws
5- Rituals.

The difference between Judaism, Christianity and Islam is in the points no. 4 and 5.

God has clarified and given sufficient warnings. God has sent messengers to give good news to the righteous and to warn the wrong doers. All of this is in addition to the 40 year grace period.

Now it is UPTO the individual to choose between right and wrong. Choosing the right is submitting to God, while choosing the wrong is obviously being rebellious to God.

Islam > Submission > Obedience

We got to obey Allah unconditionally.

Yes Allah ta'ala does. We are given that choice to our actions.

God/Allah give us free will.
So when you are being a bad person do not blame him.
You can choose if you follow him or not.
If he can control us why would he send us to earth?

It's about sumbission and not force. "There is no compulsion in religion" (Quran 2:256).
