Need help about PC liquid cooling?

Question

Hi there I am building a new rig and I want to use custom liquid cooling from koolance.The only problem is I am a complete noob at liquid cooling stuff so I need some expert advice.I only need to cool the CPU and the graphics card (1 x core i7 930,1 x evga gtx 480 FTW edition).this graphic card is already equipped with a GPU waterblock from Swiftech please help.
