What is the difference between Gross Pathology and Microscopic Pathology?

I am having such a hard time explaining the differences. Can you help?

gross pathology uses the naked eye. It looks at the "over all" or gross effects of disease such as swelling, boils, atrophy etc
Microscopic uses a microscope and looks at disease and it's effects at a cellular level
