Can I fill my nitrogen tires with regular air?

I have a heavy duty Ford pick up that I pull my horse trailer with. Last time I got tires they put nitrogen in them and said it was better. Well ok but now my tire is low and I need air. I live in a small town that doesn't have many services on Sunday and I need to pull a trailer tomorrow. Can I use regular air from a gas station?

Well that is special! The world is full of scammers. I would be cussing now but I don't want to get in trouble. LOL. So yes just use the air from the gas station?

You can. However, if you do it in only one tire, then the vehicle will have air in the tire on one side and nitrogen in the tire on the other side, so it may pull slightly to one side. It will still be much better than having a tire that is low (on either side). However, it would be better to let out some nitrogen on the other side, and then fill them both with air, so that they have the same mix. (Make sure the air pump at the gas station is working first.)

Regular air is 78% nitrogen. You fell for the scam and paid extra for nitrogen. It isn't any better than regular air in your tires.

Just putting regular air in your tires that have nitrogen in them will be fine. I have done that many times, with no problems.
