that doesn't use pie filling or anything like that? I have all the ingredients for a nice chocolate cake for my dads birthday but I don't want to use any artificial ingredients for his cake. Does anyone have a good recipe?

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1-1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/3 cup Oil
• 1 cup Water
How to make Chocolate Cake:
• Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
• Mix liquid ingredients in a separate bowl and combine it with dry ingredients.
• Stir the mixture with a wire whisk until well mixed.
• Grease an eight-inch baking pan.
• Pour the prepared mixture into the pan.
• Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degree F.
• Top with ice cream and serve.

the old fashioned choc cake i make is:
flour 1and half cup
sugar 1 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence 2 tsp
sour cream 2 third of a cup
unsalted butter 1 and half block
cocoa powder 1/3 cup
eggs 2
Mix all this in a blender/processor and pour into 2, 8" tins
in 350'F Oven for 45 min's
For choc cream to go in between and over cake
mix in a bowl
6oz of semi sweet chocolate (melted)
3/4 of a block of butter
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
in a blender/processor mix 2 and half cups of powdered sugar to remove lumps
and mix in the chocolate sauce... and blend again...
use a third of the mixture on top of 1 cake and place other on top,
another third on top and last third around the cake
as for mixed berries they could go in between the cake or u could top with cream berries whole or sauce...
decorate as u like as its the love that counts...
