Vigilante mission GTA SA PC?

I am frustrated that every time I try to do a vigilante or firetruck mission I can only get so far, and then out of the blue, it says I cancelled the mission. It pisses me off because the only way I know to start or cancel is using the keyboard + sign. Any ides?

use cheat ohdude by this hunter will spawn.start the viligiante mission and get out of heli .type cheat of cpktnwt will destroy heli and do it once again like this12 times and you will get armor of 150
