Gilded cheese can be obtained from the Burglar mice in either the Laboratory or the Bazaar (the Bazaar probably has a higher population of Burglars). Burglar mice are most attracted to Brie cheese.

I love cheesecake. I was just in Buffalo earlier today, and I stopped by The Cheesecake Factory for lunch, and I got a slice of cheesecake for dessert (it was really good) =]
