Okay so I am in a cna class right now, and after that I should be making a good income from it, but I'm also looking for a waitress job too because I want to move out in a year or so and soem extra money would help me out a lot. What would I put on the resume? Would I put that I volunteer in a hospital? Would I put anything like being good with people.

There's lots of resume help available online. Check out monster.com, careerbuilder.com or many many other websites for templates and advice. Yes, you want to include the volunteer work, especially if it's recent and you don't have much other professional experience. Waitressing jobs are looking for people who have these skills: customer service, time management, cash handling, sales. They also want someone hard working and able to manage multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment. Here's a piece from my server resume: Ensured prompt and courteous attention to customer needs while providing superb overall customer support. Utilized organization skills to manage business resources, including time and money. Employed a positive attitude to build team synergy. Hope this helps!
