Yesterday I had surgery on my ear where they had to cut behind the ear and reinforce a "pocket" with cartilage so that my cholestiatoma would not come back.
I am not in too much pain, but the percocet they gave me just causes me to become nauseous and super drowsy feeling which I hate.
I was wondering if I were to smoke a small amount of pot, would it cause any negative side-effects due to my surgery?

Why not take the safe and obvious route and ask your doctor for anti-nausea medication? He should give you a prescription with no problem. I've had to take this kind of medication for years. It will also help you sleep if you are in need of it.
P.S. Benedryl also helps with nausea!

No it should not cause any negative side effects and it will actually help with the nausea.

Smoking anything increases the time it takes your body to heal, but it will help with the nausea. You could try eating some instead.
