Hi, I'm Lois Griffin and my son Stewie has been giving me hints that he's gay. I'm basically a single parent if you want to count my husband Peter mental illness. yeah of course a straight friend can help a gay one...thats exactly what friends are for. Just cause you like different genders doesn't mean you can't help....when a straight guy helps out a straight girl or vice versa, it doesnt make a difference, this shouldn't either

But to answer your question, just tell him it's okay that he's gay, and he has nothing to worry about, and now he can have the happy life with his teddy bear he's always wanted.
But be very, very careful and nice with what you say, because chances are he'll want to kill you.

Just sit him down, tell him you think he's gay, and that if he is it's fine and you'll always love him -- even though he attempts to kill you all the time.
