Dull pain in left testicle?

I am 15 and I have a dull pain in my left testicle. It is not sharp or unbearable but it is annoying. There is no swelling. Should I be worried? Please help me.

My husband had the same thing a few months ago. it started out as a dull pain in his testicle, and over two days, became swollen, and unbearable. Took him to the ER, and it turned out to be a Kidney stone! It was very weird. The stone was up in his back, but was causing blockage which made his testicle hurt.

Also it could be Testicular torsion which is a medical emergency. The scrotum twists itself, and can pinch of blood flow to your testicle, while can kill your testicles.

If it gets really bad, go to your local emergency room!

You can have a muscle pinched in your back and that muscle is pressing on the nerves going to your testicle and it is what is causing the pain. Releasing your back muscles is the way to get rid of this pain if you want to try it and here's how:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling.

It could be you are squishing them every time you sit down. Try moving them up and keeping them up.
