How come people in America's Got Talent are so tone deaf ?

Have you seen how many people think they actually have talent ? And the worst thing is they THINK they can sing in tune . Enough to try for the 1,000,000 prize ? Some can't carry a tune in a bucket.

it's because the media doesnt care about talent...they think that if they market stuff enough people will just buy it even if it sucks. and the sad part is that it works. look at todays music...once you take away all the studio effects all you have left is a bunch of tone deaf idiots that the media oversells
