The film is "Lover Come Back" released in 1962 with Rock Hudson and Tony Randall. Actually she and Rock get married by a justice of the peace as she is being wheeled into the delivery room to have Rock's baby. Kind of amazing for 1962!! It makes one wonder why Doris ever got stuck with the "virgin" label.
