Non traditional I LOVE when you find the grilled corn on the cob.
Traditional I like candy apples.
A gyro is a Greek sandwich, it's meat, onion, tomatoes, sauce usually served in a pita.

Where I'm from now we have meat pies, jambalaya, boudin and fried gator at smaller carnivals. But I'd for certain move with the beef pies! But the exact gala's with rides and stuff, I love me a few funnel cake and caramel apples.
