Where are the webcam drivers for my Dell Inspiron 1764 laptop?

I've recently done a clean custom install of Windows 7 on my Dell Inspiron 1764 Core i5 laptop. I've got everything back up and running except for two things. The Dell Dock, which I don't care about, and my webcam. There used to be an icon on the right side of the taskbar to turn the webcam on. Now that's missing. Did I miss installing a driver after the reinstall of Windows. If so where do I get it? I have both the Dell drivers disk and the Dell Support Center shortcut icon on my desktop. What category is the driver located in? How do I get the icon back or otherwise activate the camera?

I've been to the Dell Support Center and seen the list of drivers. There's nothing there that jumps out and says, "I'm the webcam driver. Download me!"

I went to the drivers disk and found the webcam. However I still didn't have the icon on my taskbar to actually start it. But I found a file using Google (on a forum) to get that. Now it's working perfectly.

It's supposed to be on the Dell drivers disc, but seeing as how Dell sucks it's rather likely they didn't bother to put it on there. You can instead download it from support.dell.com. Just select your model of computer and it should offer up all the drivers needed.
