chrome won't open any more?

Question

i've tried opening it from the shortcut and also from the start menu, but nothing.  it won't uninstall either.  i've had it for a week and would continue as it loads faster than firefox, which i am now back to.  if you answer this, please gear your answer to an older lady with little computer skills as that's who i am.

things that you could try

- turning off your computer then turning it back on
or
