Who was Jesus real father?

In John 20:17 Jesus says "I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God."

Is there some understandable way that Jesus is his own Father and His own God? No double talk, no holy mystery, just plain ordinary words that explain this? I know what I mean when I say father and God and it never means "myself". Is it the Christian belief that Jesus has no father or that he is his own father?

If Jesus is the son of God, then God is his creator and is mightier than Jesus. This idea is a heresy called Arianism.

Dansk - "They are unique individuals who are identical" is double talk.

Jesus is God the Son. His father is God the Father.

As part of the Holy Trinity, they make up one triune God. They are unique individuals and also identical in their deity. So Jesus as the unique individual called "God the Son" was praying to the unique individual called "God the Father."

To size up the Father and Son, I think it is a question similar to asking about the value of infinity such as this one: Is one infinite number the same value as another infinite number? Can one infinite number be having sub value to another infinite number? The problem with this questions is that the answers seem to be acceptable both "yes" and "no". But one cannot answer one question with a frame of mind and then answer the other with another, as in doing so it is being untruthful.

The problem with the understand of Father and Son having the same essence of one Godhead lies with the intention and the purpose of that explanation, much like the application of assuming a value to an infinite number.

Frankly, I have very little problem with Father and Son, but the Holy Spirit - what is That all about??

Christians believe that Jesus's father is God himself. The holy conception happened in Mary - meaning that she did not have sex with anyone to create him - she was just pregnant.

However, for people who try to study the Bible historically it is thought that Jesus had an Earthly father and he was a plain old man just like we are. But what I wrote above is the common believe of Christians.

El.

Yahweh is credited to being one of the sons of El, along with the 69 other sons according to mythology outside of the monotheistic religions.

This link explains how the Elohim (El's sons) were formed, and how Yahweh was given Israel to rule.
El is the god most high, the father of all the gods. He (outside of Christianity and Judaism) used to be the supreme god. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elohim_%28Ugarit%29
