Calculate P using R squared?

I have a dose/response data set and I've calculated an R squared value, but what I really want is a P value. Does anyone know how to do this?

Simple answers please, I'm not a statistician!

I'm looking at a few data sets, but one of them has 5 different dose conditions each of which has 6 points of response data associated with it. I've calculated the R squared as 0.3427.
