I never thought this day would come- video tape evidence - and judicial ruling showing they were guilty - yet the case is dismissed? If it were any other race the news medial would be ALL over this? Do we really have equality among the races?

yahoo news refuses to do a news story that a civil commission has been started to investigate this. the news media is showing their bias in not reporting this. reverse the facts make it racist white men with nightsticks against blacks. same facts. charges dropped because of race and the media would be all over it. also, holder, jesse and al would be all over this story. their silence is priceless.

1. It was not a criminal case.
2. It depends on one's standard of what constitutes "voter intimidation". I don't believe that they were all guilty. I also wonder what effort was made to serve the defendants.
If it were another race, it may have lasted a bit longer in the news, but it would have blown over by now.
There is a videotape, but the more serious allegations are not on it.
