Put the camera down for a while. Take time to discover what it is that you have to say.
Make a list about what you enjoy and what is important to you, to your life. What excites you, what makes you angry, what gets you out of bed and what keeps you up late? Narrow it down to the most important. What one thing would you try and shout across a crowded room for the whole world to hear?
Now pick up your camera and say it. Say it with every picture you take of every object, person, or place.
Keep up the great work! I recommend making the ordinary extraordinary! instead of a photo of a plant, or other object, place it in front of a window, so you capture the shape & shadows.Take pictures of things from angles no one would think of. Fro example, if you have a piano, instead of taking a straight on photo of the piano, get the camera right at the keys, aiming toward the other keys, so it's a long photo of never ending piano keys. Try using mirrors for various things. It may seem like your subjects are limited, but it's really not depending on what you can do with them. Get down tp the floor and take photos from the dog's view, both looking up and looking straight across. Take photos of things moving, like the dogs running or water splashing on a plate in the sink - using different speeds to try different effects. You really have all kinds of possibilities! Have fun!
Thousands? You have 25 pictures on your Flickr, (several that I liked, BTW) A little break might get your creative juice flowing. Here is a gallery of inspiration that may help as well:

I think you should keep at it if you enjoy it. If you really don't feel creative or inspired by photography, then perhaps you should find another hobby that does get you excited. No shame in that. Best wishes.
Well, photography is about your creativity. If other people give you ideas then, well... It's lost it's spark. It IS good to explore the internet and look for other people's photography to give you inspiration.
You can take self portraits, that's always fun, and you're always there to take pictures of yourself! Or still shots, or macro images, anything is possible.
Here's my flickr account, add me as a contact if you'd like :) Your stuff is quite good.
I'm not a photographer, but this has helped me in writing and drawing. On deviantart.com there are multiple lists of 100 themes [called the 100 theme challenge] and it give you 100 themes to work with. I find that I get really good ideas just by thinking about the themes. Just search '100 theme challenge' and it should show up. :) The first answer is right, its all about creativity and having your own ideas.
