I am 18 and i live with my parents. Last night i got a speeding ticket for going 43 in a 25. i have always been a safe driver and constantly check my speedometer but it just sliped my mind i suppose. I can pay my ticket online and the car and insurance are both in my name. Is there a way that they might be able to find out?

If it's all in your name then there's no reason why they would need to find out. You're a little old to be worrying about hiding things from your parents though. Aren't you supposed to be an adult at 18?
I don't know where you are but in my state at 18 you would not only have to worry about a fine but your drivers licence would be automatically cancelled for speeding for at least six months. Then you would have to sit the test again. Guess you will be more careful next time I hope because there is nothing worse than knocking on a door at 4am in the morning to tell some kids parents that there son or daughter was killed in a speed related accident along with three of there friends.
