I have been shooting with my holga and it is cheaper to get processing and a cd rather than get prints. I can't seem to find small square paper. If it is made, where can I find it. Please dont tell me to cut 4x6 paper

Square sizes are non-standard, and since most digital photo formats are rectangular, you are unlikely to find it anywhere. Buy standard notebook sized inkjet paper (8.5x11) and get it cut down to the 4x4 you desire.
I wouldn't bother with a trade printer (I work for a commerical printer). While they might take pity on you and cut it down for you, you would be better off going to a photocopy place like Kinko's. They have ream cutters on site, and for a nominal fee, will be able to cut the stock down for you.

No one will sell you square paper because it is horribly uneconomical. You could either print 2 of what you want on an 8.5x11 or one of what you want on a 8x8 sheet.
Printers cut them down from larger sheets like 28x40 and 23x35 so cutting it into squares isn't really the norm. Your best bet if you actually need a lot of sheets that are a specific size is to visit a trade printer and have them cut the big sheets into smaller squares. Sometimes they will have scrap stock laying around that you can get cut down cheaply.
I work at a trade printer and cut down about 2000 sheets of 7"x7" paper for scrapbook tests. We wouldn't use it for anyone else and it would just go in the trash otherwise. Approach a trade printer with these questions, it's your best shot!
As for a trade printer not taking pity on you and going to a Kinkos or some other print store, it is likely you might be able to get it done there, but for something specific like Holga you probably want accurate cutting. A trade printer will have a giant pinpoint accurate cutter, whereas at a Kinkos or mom & pop shop you're going to be working with an obsolete 25 year old cutter that chops like an axe felling a tree.
It's a good point, but I'd still try the trade printer. As a reference having worked for both a mom & pop shop and a kinkos both, you'd get charged over $30 for 4x4 paper in any decent quantity (Say 1000) that you need. A trade printer will likely chop it down for free because they have crap like that laying around everywhere in case of scrap runs. Up to you though, whatever you feel more comfortable with :)
