I'm 51, and able to do many things well, but can't find a job. What's the best way to earn a living?

The marketing communications market is nearly non-existent for a creative director, and I've applied all over the place, using networking connections as much as possible. I can't even get an interview. What's next - move to a South Seas island and live off of coconuts?

I believe it is a yahoo service where you write helpful articles and get paid when people read them. Just consider it helping people and getting paid. If you're a marketing communications specialist then you should do great.
I would search around on the web and begin that way.
Freelance writing as I'm sure you well know can earn you a good part time living. I wish you luck. Any questions you may have feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer.

Have you thought about going back to school to get another degree in something? Do you have any other skills that you can do? What other job experiences do you have?
