My google searches keep getting redirected?

When I search google or yahoo on a topic and get the searches I can do. If I click on a search I get redirected to another site that has nothing to do with the search and I can't hit the back key cause the site won't let me go back. What can I do.

Send the logfile of Gmer and to htt://www.bleepingcomputer.com (register and be patient for a few days). In this website you can view a YouTube on how to use Tdsskiller, Gmer antirootkit, Rkill and Mbam. I gave the download link of all of them. http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.zip (I advice you this one) http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.exe (If you don't have a Zip compression software). http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-rootkit-scanner-remover.htm (Gmer is included and if they didn't find your culprit then get a different one. Don't forget to turn off System Restore before the scan.

If one RKILL didn't work, then try the next!

Update Mbam if you can. Go to Safe mode.

You've got a virus called the "Google Redirect Virus" (but it infects Yahoo & Bing as well).

This virus is very common and will basically redirect your search engine results to random websites & show popups as well. Unfortunately, it's also quite difficult to remove from your system, as this virus is just changes a few files which Windows requires to redirect your web pages. Not many people realize this, but all search engines "redirect" their results through their main pages each time you use them. This is used to track user search metrics, and allows the Google Redirect Virus to basically hijack this natural redirect and send you to a fake website.

In order to remove this virus, you need to be able to use a special type of software, that's capable of being able to fix the various settings that are causing the infection. To do this, there's a very good tutorial which worked for several of my friends, here:

Sounds like a virus all right.

These are what we aregoing to need
MalwareBytes - http://malwarebytes.org/
SuperAnti Spyware - http://superantispyware.com/
RKill - http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/gri…

Instructions
Run Rkill, it will terminate any known malware processes so they don't interfere.
Download Malware Bytes, update, run a full scan, remove anything it finds
Download Super Anti Spyware, update, run a full scan, remove anything it finds.

If malware interferes with either malwarebytes or superantispyware. Try changing their names to something less obvious like explorer.exe or svchost.exe.

If that still doesn't work. Go to Tools>Folder Options> View and uncheck Hide Extensions for known file types. Then change the file extension to either .scr, .com, .pif, or .bat.

IF THAT STILL DOESN'T WORK. Try boot into safe mode
Instructions - http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsaf…

If in safe mode, do everything again. If that still doesn't work, your going to need proffesional help. I recommend http://bleepingcomputer.com/ Post a thread in the Am I Infected section, and somebody will help you in a meanwhile.
