why when i ask a question on answers it duplicates itself and when i,m on craigslist then look it at something?

then click the back button to return to page it carries me back to craigslist home page or back to my email

The back button brings you back to the page you were on before. If it's bringing you back to the page before that something's wrong it shouldn't. You could be clicking the mouse twice, or your mouse might be defective. Try using the backspace key instead of the mouse.
