What type of science is this?

Hi! I'm doing a report for school on some type of science that occurred during my summer, and i chose to write about how the tomatoes in my garden change color (ripen). My question is whether this would be biology or chemistry.
(I don't need any long answers, just write which one)
Thank you in advance

The textbook that I use with my AP chemistry students is entitled, "Chemistry, The Central Science". Chemistry is "central" to lots of the sciences including biology. Without chemistry there would be no biology. For instance, you may want to check out ethylene gas and its relationship with the ripening of tomatoes.

Here's a start: http://postharvest.tfrec.wsu.edu/pgDisplay.php?article=PC2000F

Here's another one that's interesting:

Clearly, you can't separate the chemistry from the biology in this case.

I would say plant biochemistry.
