Here's how:
Account -> Privacy Settings -> View settings (above "Sharing on Facebook")
There you can modify the permissions for "See my friend list".

You can go to privacy settings and from there u can do it...i have done it...one one (even my friends) cannot see my friends excpt for those who r mutual..
