Your question is a good one. I prefer the term "scoop head", in that all of the logic and reasoning sectors of the brain have been scooped out and replaced with happy, wiki thoughts. When then confronted with a cognitive dissonance that disrupts the pattern of those happy wiki themes, the reaction is programmed in -- call the disruption "trolling" and (if coming from multiple sources) accuse the sources of being operated by a single puppet master.
Look, we all know that the Wikipedia section of Yahoo! Answers has simply become a popularity contest between the pro-Wikipedia and the anti-Wikipedia factions. We're "voting" for each other's opinions, and 51% of the vote is always enough to become the "Best Answer". Other than Nihiltres, the most voluminous pro-Wikipedians here don't provide very nuanced answers. The anti-Wikipedians have a whole stable of commentators (Moses, Eddie, myself, etc.) who provide answers that speak the truth along with a bit of humor and "life lessons", if you will.
That's why the scoop heads are "losing" here, and it does indeed frustrate them so!
