Don't worry about the eyepiece.
Germs do not survive well in a dry environment - that's why you don't have to worry about your pillowcase or your eyepiece.
An object that stays moist, possibly a towel, may, however, serve as a route of transmission.

Seriously? If you think you have that, make an appointment with a doctor ASAP. Your eyes are too important to risk getting rid of the infection on your own. You can buy cleaner from any store that sells telescopes and equipment, but your eyes are the priority right now.

Get some Antiparasitic drugs.

But if seriously, just wash then with water. And it can't be contaminated from a solar observation.
