It's not something new. Many physicists already think there is a "creator" because there are plenty of equations pointing to one... it's just what or who that creator is.... just because there is evidence of a creator, doesn't make it god or any god like thing..... "the creator" can simply be that singularity..... it doesn't have to be divine.
