Is there any team in the prem that is in trouble of being banned because of the homegrown rule?

I was looking at the rules and wondering if there was any team that could not fill a squad with the rules.

No - a lot of arsenal's youngsters have been at the club 3 years now so they count as homegrown.

Any club struggling would just fill the squad with youth players
